Holiday Whiskey Sour

Wild Turkey is optional, but it sure fits well with our Thanksgiving blog theme!

For a celebratory cocktail – during the holidays or any time at all – we recommend a whiskey sour – served in a chilled martini glass

1 1/2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup (mixture of equal parts sugar and water – brought to boiling and cooled; make more than 1 oz – and refrigerate it)

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a 1/4 wheel of orange.
