Andy and I are big fans of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and on a visit there in 2016 we went to the Gallery at La Conexion and found this wonderful piece by Marion Perlet. It has two titles: “Mistaken Identity,” and/or “Dancing in the Moonlight.”
The other piece of art on our website is also from Perlet – and from the Gallery at La Conexion in SMA.
Perlet was born in Munich in 1941, later became a naturalized Canadian citizen, then moved to SMA in 1992. She passed away in 2013 so The Gallery, when we visited in 2016, was having a retrospective.
