Papi Hemingway Cocktail
Slightly modified from Jared Crabtree’s recipe. We doubled this recipe to make two cocktails.
- 1 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz mezcal
- 3/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz agave nectar
- 4 dashes orange bitters
- 1 two inch orange peel for garnish.
- Add ingredients to a shaker. Top with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe (or cocktail glass) . Garnish with orange peel.
